At Zuhi, we take pride in the quality of our products, crafted to meet high standards. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase—whether it’s a matter of fit, size, or simply a change of mind—we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Returns & Exchanges

* Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Returns and exchanges are only possible if items pass our quality check and are received in their original condition.
* Store Credit Only: All returns and exchanges will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months, which can be used for future purchases at Zuhi.
* One Exchange Per Order: Exchanges are limited to once per item.

How It Works

1. Request: To initiate a return or exchange, please send a message to our WhatsApp number at 8149858103 within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
3. Pickup & Credit: Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup within 1-3 days. Store credit will be issued within 2-3 days after pickup, provided the item passes our quality check. A ₹150 processing fee applies for reverse pickup.
